About the role:-

We are seeking an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team at Naturally Massage & Wellness in Unley, South Australia. This is a casual role with the opportunity to work flexible hours, catering to the needs of our clients. As a Remedial Massage Therapist, you will play a key part in providing high-quality, therapeutic massage treatments to our valued customers. 

Must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday evenings, and some Saturdays for 10-20 hours per week. Opportunities for more hours may arise for the right candidate. 

What you'll be doing:-

• Perform a range of remedial massage techniques to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being 
• Consult with clients to understand their concerns and tailor treatments to their individual needs 
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment plans 
• Ensure the massage rooms and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and prepared for each client
• Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities 
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused team environment 

What we're looking for:-

• Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy or equivalent qualification 
• Current association membership and a valid first aid certificate 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs 
• Strong anatomical knowledge and the ability to assess and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions 
• Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices 
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and a willingness to work evenings and some Saturdays.
